Why Do So Many People Walk Around Drinking Coffee Out Of Cardboard Cups These Days?

Also, why do some people, especially those drinking coffee, walk around town with their work I.D. cards, elevator access cards, etc dangling ostentatiously around their necks?

Keep seeing an advert on TV that takes this one step further. You can now get an instant coffee already in the cardboard cup that you make at home - and THEN walk to work with it in your hand!

stuey I always have my work ID hanging from my handbag, the fuss and bother if you arrive at work without it is not worth it, being a bit ostentatious is :-)

Some time ago I was in my local town and noticed two girls standing and having a chat, one of them was holding a cup of coffee. A man was walking past and when he saw the cup he must have thought she was begging because he dropped a coin in, she was not too pleased.
