The man who attacked the French soldier with a machete in Paris has been confirmed as an immigrant that came from Egypt only last month.

The gunmen and suicide bombers that killed 130 people in Paris in 2015 came from Belgium into France as they have no borders.

The man who drove a lorry into a crowd of people in Nice, France in July of last year was an immigrant from Tunisia. He killed 86 people.

And yet there seems more of a public outrage that Trump is denying access for 90 days to 7 countries that the US state department lists as state sponsors of terror.

People will take to the streets in their thousands over a 90 day entry refusal to the United States, but you could hear a mouse fart in the street when Islamic nut jobs murder innocent people in the hundreds. What is wrong with people?

I back Trump for whatever he is doing to safeguard his country. However I would also back other countries that would say "enough is enough" to American and Western intervention into their countries and life.

If President Trump seriously thinks that banning Muslins from entering the U.S. is going to wipe out terrorism threats, then he is as naïve as I have always believed him to be.

To simply assume a cut-off date and say 'no more Muslims' takes no account of those terrorist cells already established and active in the U.S.

President Trump's mind-set seems to be that terrorists all live abroad, all fly to the U.S. to do their terrorism, and then pop back home again, so if you stop Muslims coming in, the problem stops - just like that.

Great solution that - I'm going to stop any future Muslims / terrorists (the label is interchangeable after all!) and then cross my fingers and hope it really doesn't wind up the ones who are already here - and start them off bombing and killing, because then it will look as though I don't know what I'm doing ...
