I've spent my life growing up around asian communities (originally from Burnley) which never really bothered or affected me. My view is changing, I now want me and mine to be as far away from such communities, and the people within them, as possible.
Is this racist? Yes, and right now in my anger- I don't care.

my husband's cousin's wife and 13 year old daughter were there (the concert) Naomi and are still in hospital, though luckily not seriously injured, but my anger over this is bubbling inside me.
I'm tired of trying to see sense in it all, im tired of saying the mantra in my head "they're not all evil"- im done. I want nothing to do with any of them, if they not actually actively taking part, they are silent in their condemnation.

I have just posted on another thread how underwhelmed I am by the reaction of the Muslim leaders.

Naomi: // better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.//
Advice which I think will go unheeded. But it brought to mind another quotation.
The OP asserts two propositions: (1) TR is not a racist, and (2) TR is right about Islam.
A moment's reflection should convince a reasonable person that either proposition might be true, or might be false. Taking the two together the pair may be TT (the OP's and my view), or FF (the view of Naomi's vociferous "fools"). But the pair might be TF, or FT. The trouble with the bigot is that having rejected the messenger he is compelled to reject the message; the failure of the idiot is that he can't understand that the truth of one proposition does not depend on the truth of the other. So neither can allow for the possibility FT (TF having already been ruled out a priori).
The thing these two types have in common is a pious self-regard which leads them to abuse (directly or by implication) people who disagree with them. For this reason the appeals made to them by some posters ("examine the evidence") have all fallen (and will continue to fall) on stony ground.
The quote I was reminded of? Schiller: "Against stupidity the very gods themselves contend in vain.".

dieseldick - please excuse this once-only deveiation from your OP -
// Must admit I'm still laughing at the faux pas by the multiple - account mod on page 1....! //
I assume that this swipe is aimed at me - as the only known Mod on that page.
Just to be clear, I do not have any other accounts than this one - and I do not know of anyone who has multiple accounts, and I can state with certainty that since you are not a member of the Admin Team - you do not know either, which explains your libel.
Please keep your scurrilous unfounded and untrue observations off the site - and stick to the point of debate.
Thank you.
