What do you call the top of a Mosque dome/Qubba? I mean the part that protrudes from the very top, pointy bit

qubba looks likely

Qubba (dome)
Most mosques also feature one or more domes, called qubba in Arabic. While not a ritual requirement like the mihrab, a dome does possess significance within the mosque—as a symbolic representation of the vault of heaven.

Sorry maybe I'm not explaining myself clearly. I mean the art that protrudes from the Qubba. Not the Qubba/dome its self.
I don't think that the 'pointy bit' has a name.It is just part of the minaret.

Nescafé Original suits me just fine, quick, easy to do and can vary strength to suit mood.

Ignore, wrong thread ^^^^^^
برج
tower, turret, constellation, sign, spire, pinnacle
I don't think there's an Arabic-derived word in English for it; pinnacle is the one I've heard most.
