Mm good idea, selling tickets to his bedside. They buy tickets to watch an innocent animal die in terrible pain, don't they ???
Not 'wishing death on a bullfighter' does not correspond with condoning the senseles torture, mutilation and death of an animal.

Or are you just reverting back to your Sunday-stirring threads?

??? I did mention earlier all recent posts being in crosswords.
I must have missed the posts condoning bullfighting.
Yes they do hereIam , but now you have a new sport to watch - torturing humans.

The fun never stops does it?
I am with Mamy here.

I abhor fox hunting, hare coursing, bull slaughtering ( cannot really call it fighting) veal production and the process of force feeding poultry for that posh foire grasse, whatever it is called.
And the bull fighters are the 'sickos' actually!! Carry on mamyalynne, you will NEVER faze me ........

Bull killers are sickos, give the bull a sword at least.

Not sure of the stats but I would put money on more bulls being killed than matadors. I shall therefore cheer each time a matador is killed.
hereiam....(17:07)....that is exactly what happens at bull fights....people do pay their money to see an innocent animal tortured to death.

If they wanted to see a man prance about in fancy clothes, they could attend the Ballet instead.
Question Author
Never seen a ballet where one of the dancers gets a sword plunged through his spine.
At least the bull had his fun before he was killed.Have you ever been in a Halal slaughter house without cctv?
Question Author
No. imagining is enough.
Ryzen....off topic....you either support bull fighting or you condemn it....which is it ?
Not here to faze anyone, offer my opinion is all.

Can't think of anything more repugnant than viewing torture and death, animal or human.

We're all different.
Mikey..to see individuals getting 'off' on this 'sport' leaves me worried...and believe me many of the workers in an un-monitored Halal slaughter house come a very close second.
I dislike most forms of bull-fighting intensely (there are some places where it is pure spectacle and the bull is unharmed, only the human is at risk) but I could not wish for anyone to die, even though this man was involved in barbarism (i.m.o.p.).
Mikey, //Ryzen....off topic//

....because it was another difficult question for you. No change there! You do make me laugh. :o)

Had anyone here ever actually been to a bullfight? I have. Spectacular, dramatic, colourful ..... the music and pageantry simply wonderful ... if only it wasn't so incredibly cruel - and it is - it really is. I cried my heart out. There can be no excuse for it ... whatsoever.
Jourdain, on the assurance that the bull is unharmed, I also saw a bullfight in Portugal. True the Portuguese don't kill the bull - but make no mistake, it suffers.
