Friend Isn't Over Guy She Dated For A Month

My friend/roomie dated a guy for a month. It's been 3 months and she's still not over him. She keeps whining and crying about him. I try to change the subject or not respond whenever she tries to talk to me about him, but it's not working. How do I tell her to get over it?

Seriously.....well you might ask her if everything else is ok in her life because you are concerned for her WITHOUT mentioning any kind of opinion on how quickly she "should" be getting over the bloke.
Less seriously say "He's history. Get over it"
But seriously again it can be that what someone says is the problem isn't actually the problem or is only a part of the problem and if you are close friends you might want to try the gentler approach.

If she is your friend, maybe you should allow her to tell you about it. The sooner she concludes for herself that she needs to move on, the better.
