You'll need to explain your question further if you're going to get any help here. According to Google, the word 'lowa' doesn't exist (other than as a brand name), so I'm guessing that might be a typo for 'Iowa'. However Iowa is a landlocked state, so it doesn't border the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore it's a bit difficult for me (or anyone else here) to work out what it is that you're seeking.
Maybe an interesting fact about how to get to the Atlantic from Iowa?
The Atlantic is unique in that it contains another sea, completely encircling it, far from any land. This called the Sargasso Sea and is formed by four Ocean currents, one of which is the Gulf Stream. All other seas are on the fringes of the five oceans. Look it up under Sargasso Sea.
The Atlantic Ocean is the second-largest ocean covering 106.4 million square kilometres with a coastline of 111,000 kilometres. It occupies about one-fifth of the Earth's surface.

The ocean has some of the world's richest fishing resources, especially in the waters covering the shelves. The major species of fish caught are cod, haddock, hake, herring, and mackerel. The most productive areas include the Grand Banks of Newfoundland, the shelf area off Nova Scotia, Georges Bank off Cape Cod, the Bahama Banks, the waters around Iceland, the Irish Sea, the Dogger Bank of the North Sea, and the Falkland Banks.
It's permanently wet.
