Hmph. Unfair to cattos.
We have dog parks in the UK... it's simply a place where dogs can play off lead, safely, away from cars etc. Nothing to do with dog waste, that should be picked up by owners regardless of where they are - it's the law.

If you want a 'no dog park' then I suggest you stay in your own garden.

Helpful, Nerd, helpful.

Kew Gardens is blissfully dog-free, so you don’t have to watch where you walk.
Hardly a solution. One might as well say to dog owners, "If you want a 'dog park' then I suggest you stay in your own garden."

The anti-dog hysteria is never ending. I manage to have five dogs and have never yet anywhere, either at home or on my worldwide travels, trodden in dog bombs. There isn't very much undealt with dog bomb in the UK but what there is, really don't people just watch where they are going?
kvalidir couldn't agree more.
Unfortunately children don't always look where they are going!

Dog bombs? Whatever bone-headed euphemism are you all going to come up with next?

No matter what Auntie Answerbank might amend, **** is **** and smells like ****. Keep it to yourselves!
I think the idea has great merit, at least one would know which parks are which and can choose accordingly.

I don't see well but despite that I haven't trodden in dog excrement for a few decades.

(Phew - that got through the censor ;-) )
Well loads of stupid stars '****' are obviously preferable to saying 'dog bombs', why not just lose the rude attitude a bit? My father calls them 'Barker's Eggs'. Hope that annoys you too.
It's much more fun to have a pop at the auto censor Kval - for some.

You're being rude for no good reason - excrement, faeces etc if you wish the correct words then use them.
I agree Spath, whatever the bag, throwing them into trees etc is wrong - if no bins then take them home.
//The anti-dog hysteria is never ending.//

I'm neither anti-dog nor hysterical. I am, however, anti-dog poo in public places.

I wouldn't dream of leaving rubbish in a public place for someone else to clean up - and that includes dog poo. Anyone who does that has no consideration for other people.
