The fat-shaming jokes aimed at Monica would be gone.
The episode where Ross cannot deal with a male nanny (“Surely you’re at least bi”) would have to be re-written.
The whole storyline with Chandler’s dad who transitioned would be have to be addressed differently - especially as the writers conflated transsexual with drag queen - two totally different states.
They would not have to do anything with Phoebe’s character, because she was and always will be - the funniest
