Pansexual, now that's niche. Still what folk get up to with skillets and suchlike is their own affair, just as long as the remember to wash up afterwards.
I haven't been to a Pride Parade for a long while, Nameless but my family and friends are so varied that I daresay an invite to something will be along.....and what better than sharing some fun with nice folk.... :-)
For some attending a pride event is a chance to feel accepted, temporarily part of a majority. For those who struggle with their sexuality it's a safe space to explore and observe how to behave. We all remember our first Pride.
We managed to miss Blackpool Pride last weekend and anywhere else is a little too far to travel.
It's true that these days they are far more about 'celebrating' the things we all have in common rather than the protests for Equality that they used to be.
And that is a very good thing.
I used to love Brighton, people brought the whole family, it was so friendly. The worst was Manchester, loads of little clones pretending they were having a good time then throwing up in the canals.
Mooching about with my ex and his new boyfriend I think probably. Going to be meeting him for the first time this weekend :) and whatever Pride like events happen to cross my path x
