What Is This Building?!

I would love to find out what this building is. It's white and looks like someone has played Jenga with little houses.

Edrich House - just a block of residential high rise flats.
I think it looks an eyesore - all high rise flats do, not a fan.
Maybe because I used to live in a block back in nineteen canteen.

Thanks! It really caught my eye because of the ridiculous extra house on top!! Who would make something like that and who lives in that bit?!

At least it's a lot less bland than many other buildings from its period. (Lambeth Borough Council approved its construction, as part of the Studley Estate, in 1966).
