Yes it was last week, the German-hating Merkel signed up to it to bring more misery into Germany and Europe, and because the UK is obsessed with Brexit I assume a government representative has signed up to it last week (and I've not heard otherwise).
Trump sensibly has refused and Australia, Israel, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Latvia and the Dominican Republic, have either publicly disavowed the pact or notified the United Nations they are not participating.

Another own goal for Britain, with the majority of people not even knowing what it is.

Mention of Australia, and on another subject which I haven't seen widely reported, they have recognised Jerusalem as Israel's capital and are to move their embassy there.
