She really does give one hope for the future (if people would only LISTEN to her).

There is no doubt that Ms Thunberg is a polarising presence in popular culture.

The reason why very few people take issue with her message is because she is quite right in the essence of what she says, even if not with hysterical hyperbole she piles on top of the message.

The reason why people take issue with her as a figurehead is because they perceive, as do I, that she is manipulated and controlled by her parents and others to push their agenda, and to make money, and that is morally repugnant.

That is one reason why the link in the OP is a good listen, she openly admits to coping badly in social situations with lights and cameras.

It's an interesting journal in my opinion.

I promise you I am not a groupie of hers, the message is mostly clear to us all.

I understand your fervent admiration for Ms Thunberg, but equally you need to understand that getting increasingly irked and hostile with people who don't share your view is not only not likely to convert them to your way of thinking, it will simply alienate them.

Why not accept that not everyone thinks Ms Thunberg is the saviour of the world - other opinions exist, it's a free country.
