As you will, iluvmargie, but it's sad to see you join the ranks of all the other answerers on this thread, who (with honourable exceptions and one doubtful one) haven't even read the REVIEW of the book I linked to.
It might be rubbish, it might not be, but it'd be nice if some beggar had actually at least read the review and told me WHY they thought it was rubbish.
But no, in the great Answerbank tradition, go for the man, not the ball.

I refer you to my response at 21:37 - you can offer an opportunity to look at something, you can't be assured that people will take it up, or use that as a condition of responding.

Atheist - // Allen... Not always possible to get a proper response to your questions. But keep on asking. //
It depends how you define a 'proper response'.
If you only regard answers that agree with the ones you want to receive as 'proper answers', then no, it's not always possible to get those.
As far as i am concerned, any and all answers are 'proper answers' - they may not even make sense, but under the definition of the term, they are 'proper answers'.

Another interesting read. Ms Harmange points out that misandry is usually only a reaction to misogyny, and it’s the latter that kills people (women).
