They , of all groups, know that the bible was written a long time after the events mentioned in the bible are supposed to have occurred. Can't imagine any of them believing in the existence of Adam and Eve for example ...or water turning to wine etc etc.
About a third of the Bible is prophecy. Most of the Bible's prophecies have already occurred and been proved true. I am thinking of the prophecies about Jesus is Israel, Zechariah, Micah and elsewhere.
If you add up the total of the prophecies told about Jesus if would be next to impossible for one person to have fulfilled them all, even if they were aware of all the prophecies about them and attempted to live in such a way to make them all come true.
We are living in the last days. Most people are aware that something is badly wrong but they are ignorant of what is coming.
If you think that Covid 19 has been a shock to the system, the rapture of the church will be on a different scale altogether.
However, there will be great delusion and many still will refuse to believe

Fiveleaves, do you think you will be one of the ones who will come out of the rapture grinning? If so, could you possibly put in a word to God for me? 'Please, God, he called himself atheist, but he was usually polite and claimed that he never did anyone any harm, apart from you, wh he didn't believe in.

moot
a third of the OT predicts the NT and a third of the NT predicts sort of now?
Time was when the whole of the OT was considered to be a prequel of the NT - that time has er passed
Most of the Bible's prophecies have already occurred and been proved true. No they havent!
I am thinking of the prophecies about Jesus is Israel, Zechariah, Micah and elsewhere. - - - erm NT may well have been er adjusted to take this into effect
three wise men for example - star above bethlehem
If you add up the total of the prophecies told about Jesus if would be next to impossible for one person to have fulfilled them all,
tendentious rubbish
come on tell us - - do the math
thank you

If the apocalypse happens, CNN will be the first to know not the Pope and we'll all watch it in full colour and text each other about it afterwards till the phones go off, until then I shouldn't worry about it if I was you.
