I do not think the title would attract me to read the book. However, the author has always written books that are interesting to read. The book's topics, cloning, morality, love, and loyalty, are not uncommon in fiction, but putting it in a dystopic setting makes it an interesting read.
I've seen the movie. It's an interesting premise. Also, some scenes were film in the town where I was living at the time.
