Why is not believing in Eastern medical practices like cupping and acupuncture considered xenophobic and racist? It really isn't, and you should be allowed to question certain medical treatments that have been proven to be very harmful. That’s not racism or xenophobia, that’s just common sense.

neither do leeches

In the UK the NHS use leeches that are farmed in Wales for some patients that have had extensive plastic surgery following trauma.
