For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.well all the 5th columnists ignore the pandemic with their evaluations of government, brexit etc so I thought that was the done thing. Even if you disregard the extra for the Pandemic we are spending over £200m, more a week on the NHS, and that figure is what is often bandied about as our net contribution to the EUSSR.
