I remember this being sung on TV when i was a kid, 70s/80s but i cant remember what it was on.

i'm vaguely thinking it could have been on S4C so a welsh thing, but i dont speak welsh.

I wonder if the reason i dont remember anything else is because i only heard it on an advert for a show or something, but never watched it?

any ideas?
