Although logged into X I am unable to play the video.
To me this looks like the usual case of sensible initiatves being abused by extremists - it happens all the time unfortunately with racism, misogyny, feminism, LBTQ, etc. and it gets the original sensible movement a bad name - some such incidents may even be false flag episodes.
