Housing, heat, light, food, appropriate clothing, toiletries.
Something the current government should be very ashamed of.

No it does not include the elderly,he said in the interview that people are suffering from scurvy because they can not pay for fresh fruit and are eating processed food because it's cheaper i disagree with him,a bag of crisps is £1,a single apple40p,a banana15p,1 large orange at our local market 40p.he's wrong and like i said it's lazy parents to blame,can't cook will not cook,in my opinion.

There are about 68M people in the UK. 3.8M would be 5½%. Or around 1 in 19. Clearly unbelievable in a nation with a welfare state such as the UK.
Unless of course all the 3.8 millions of illegal immigrants who disappear on reaching here are hiding under the bed at Gary Lineker's house without anything to their name.
