I heard on radio 2 this morning(Twice) I Have  had A Flipping Ear worm ever since

I always like many of the songs but the best song rarely wins because the voting is not about the song.

I have heard a lot worse. Reminds me of a usual night out at my friend's house when a group of females used to turn up with bottles/cases of wine and  whom I nicknamed "The Infamous 5" complete with embroidered t-shirts. We would stay all night, in some cases. That was back in the day when we all enjoyed better health, excluding the hangovers, and could afford the taxi fares.

That's a good song, should do well if by some miracle Eurovision becomes a song contest.

Sam Ryder was by far the best song in 2022 but the whole sympathy for Ukraine thing meant he didn't win. Fair enough I suppose in that case but it does illustrate the point.
