Green and ginger

Bit of a weird one, n i'm not quite sure whether this is the right section. Is there any TV/Movie, etc. character that has green skin n ginger hair? A friend of mine dressed up as this recently n he refuses to tell me what he was supposed to be, leaving it up to me to guess the right answer lol. Well, it's really starting to bug me as i don't have a clue! Thanks

Well, my first thought was Princess Fiona, from Shrek....but I don't think she wears shorts....lol

Am told by my partner (fountain of tv/movie knowledge) that the original incredible hulk had orange hair, alternatively it could be Blanka from Street Fighter movie & video games.

Blanka from the streetfighter game (and movie) has green skin and mad orange hair...the brown shorts sound about right too.
