my theory is - the price fell through the floor and it became almost worthless (�20 - oz anyone) the gangsters/importers got ****** off making only beer money so everywhere dries up and the price starts to slowly creep back up as little bits become available which is now happening (heard last week of �60 - oz)
coke is now fashionable so is the big money spinner,easily cut with **** = more profit now they all sell this.
Resin is ***** anyway,not a patch on what it was like 10-15 years ago, better to grow own (4 is enough for personal and you wont go jail if busted) could also be another reason cos fewer people are buying resin cos its **** so they grow own or know someone who does and will buy that instead.

also the polis are crackin down on it more, there was a container (as in shipping) full of hash seized a couple of months ago in stranraer. i live in dumfries which is in south west scotland, near the border and the m74, and theres stuff in the local paper each week about people on the motorway getting caught with a bootful of rock transporting it up here, probably to glasgow and edinburgh.

I thought it was the opposite to be honest. At least now most weed we get is grown in england and not imported african rubbish. Also helps with the pollution/carbon issues involved in importing.
It's probably just a localized thing tiger!
