Can anyone tell me the rules for the card game 'T'upence 'A''peney or give me a site with the rules on

gosh i thought we were the only family who played this. you deal three cards to each player, person on the left of dealer gets extra hand. this person can look at one hand and either keep it or put it in the middle and have the other hand. the idea is to get the highest score possible in one suit. the pile in the middle passes from player to player and you must go on the first round either swapping the whole hand or one card. after the first round you can declare and each player then has one more go or passes. the loser puts a half penny in the pot. (you start with 5 x one half penny) the first person out gets the pleasure (one extra half penny). the player that choses the hand at the beginning of the round is said to have the look. this game was passed down the family from my great grandmother it may be a variation. sorry haven't explained very well!
