Do they have chavs in America?

Just wondering if they have chavs in the USA? - ie people who wear burberry, "tracky-B's", are a general nuisance and act like Vicky Pollard.

In Spain they are called "kinkin". I have no idea if thats spelled right, but thats what they are called over there.

"Kinkin" is just Spanish slang for 'kinky' - spelled 'Kinki'.
