Any Irishmen out there care to comment on this Bigoted Racist's comments.? By the way ,his mates didn't deny what he said. And ,you Irish Fool,We are ALL individuals,!

I do certainly hope so and that they were a failed attempt at humour rather than crass remarks for the sake of getting a bit of attention. Navvies?Hmm and superior to the Irish, Scots and Welsh? I think not. You can but dream though hahaha. I am a Scottish woman and have many good English friends. I don't tar them all with the same brush due to an idiotic minority of English people whom I have had the misfortune of speaking with and concluded that they are a complete moron. Nor do they judge me on a minority of Scottish people who have behaved in a less then dignified manner similarly. I'm curious though , in terms of football hooliganism , how often are the 'Tartan Army' featured on news bulletins for causing mayhem abroad? What are the statistics for English football hooligans causing trouble in foreign countries? The Scottish people are renowned worldwide for good manners and hospitality and in actual fact, the cruel and unjustified tag of the Scots tightfisted, alcoholic wifebeater has only been mentioned to me by English people. As I say though , I do not let the actions/thoughts of the odd numpty cloud my opinion of a whole country of people. I have more intelligence than that.
Did you actually read my post Flip_Flop? I categorically stated that I have many English friends and do not tar all English people with the same brush because of idiotic comments of a minority. How exactly is that having a 'chip' as you put it? Was it not you spouting comments about navvies and making this statement :
"I've always had the impression the Irish, Welsh and Scots all dislike the English as a whole."
Where did you get this inaccurate piece of information? Or is this your personal opinion based on limited experiences of meetings with others from bordering countries? Perhaps you should spread your wings a bit more and actually meet the people you seem so quick to condemn before making such hasty, ill founded assumptions. I do not have a 'chip' of any discription and am equally proud to be Scottish AND British. Perhaps you should look a bit closer to home for who has a 'chip' if making comments such as the aforementioned.

I've got english friends, they live in Wiltshire and whenever we visit them we're always given a warm welcome by their neighbours. I find the Cornish people friendly too. I've got a few irish friends, great fun and my hubby works with a scotsman,he's just as friendly as the others likewise his wife and family. I cant speak for all the english but the ones I know are great. Going by some english folk on AB,they do tend to think the UK consists of them and them only.
