Hilarious, but of course deeply offensive, and racist. No hang on it isn't racist the chavs are white !! How absurd, as is most of 21st century Britain.

My interpretation would be that it is is the upper class, the aristocracy who are being mocked. They continue to be violent, oppressive and with a belief system that their in breeding is still desirable rather than an anachronism.

I could understand a 'PC gone Mad' rant if someone had actually, albeit wrongly, said there was a race element, but er... there isn't.

I appeciate you're attempting a weak spoof of liberal outrage, but it tends to work better if it's based on something that actually exists, rather than something that's only in your own head.
