What is it with these annoying little S***S who insist on really pathetically cleaning your windscreen at traffic lights? Ive been caught by these 3 times in the last 3 days on my way to work. I dont carry money on me and when i tell them this they dont bother finishing the other side and leave the cr@p all over my windscreen and are rude to me. Why would i give them money for doing such a rubbish half-arsed attempt anyway? And my windows are clean so i didnt want them cleaned anyway!!!!

Whilst I am all for entrepreneurialship, I doubt these people pay taxes or any kind of publi liability.

And I know exactly what you mean about looking smelly. They are often societies degenerates and should spend more time attempting to clean themselves than other peoples windscreens.

Also consider contacting your local benefit agancy stressing you are certain you have seen these feral folk queing up outside the dole office.

why do they look smelly?.......could it be the smear of brown stuff on their faces and the unidentified foodstuffs encrusted on their clothes??? the greasey hair and dirty finger nails? If someone cant look after those sorts of things then its very doubtful that they take care of things underneath the clothes if you know what i mean!!

I could try putting my wipers on.....but they do slightly scare me.......

I had this in Ireland, but they didn't speak English so I had to shake my head like a lunatic, they still did it though, but thankfully the lights turned green so I had to move! I had a dirtier window after all that too! Annoying!

Not sure if they were smelly though!

Maybe thier fingernails are dirty by being submerged in the stuff.

i was wondering where they filled up their buckets! they stand in the city centre and they are miles away from anywhere that they could fill up with water.....and yes, how DO they manage to have dirty finger nails if they have wet soapy hands?!

i think they wee in the buckets....thats not foam we are seeing on aour windscreen its syphillis!!!!

We used to get this problem where I lived, the Police eventually put a stop to it. U need to ring them up and report it.
