If i was the prime minister for UK, I'd had a really bad, crappy, stressful day - Russian diplomats have been moaning and winding me up, America has been on the phone all afternoon, Africa's been pesting me for more cash and to top ive got to smile in front of loads of camera's pretending im not stressed! I sit at my desk, coffee and biscuits at the ready. Suddenly, i notice this big red button right in front of me, perfect for bashing a good hundred times...

if this senario was real, and i felt like Nuking everyone, could I? Or does the prime minister need clearence from somewhere...or someone? If so...who? and why?
