Islam - The Greatest Threat To Our Society & Culture

In my opinion, islam is the greatest threat threat to our society and culture becuase it preaches violence and the koran has an agenda of worldwide domination.
Added to that, our lily livered politicians shy away from taking the necessary measures to stamp it out, and try to buy peace and time by giving in to ever more distasteful demands, as well illustrated in Melanie Philips' book, "Londonistan."
Hardly a day goes by without our media reporting muslims accused of, or guilty of, some atrocity, or the planning of one.
The kids on the street have access to guns, and they will surely turn them on the muslims if the muslims infringe any more on our way of life, look at Northern Ireland for a lesson.
So, I think we are leaderless and doomed. The war is lost already.

Yup. It would. She sounds like the sort of unbiased, insightful writer whose views are worth listening to.

Perhaps it's simply that some are able to see that the world is slightly more complicated that some others would apparently wish it.

It is ironic though that "Islamophiles" tend to be of the left wing/Liberal persuasion and yet they support what in non religious terms would often be referred to as "right wing" attitudes. for example BNP homophobic abuse if leapt on mercilessly yet they defend a religion that encourges the execution of homosexuals. Not to mention the total miss treatment of women!

Islam, as i've said before, is the only religious or ethnic group that wants its host country to change for it,

I don't know about other 'guest' religions, but part of the Jewish service, says 'never forget that you are a guest in this country', its a long time since i've been to a service, but thats the gist of it. Islam surely comes into the same catagory.

Islam will take over, no doubt about that now, just a question of when.

Yes, it is the only religion/culture that requires the host country to change for it. It is happening by small degrees all the time, and is now unstoppable. Future generations are going to see violence and bloodshed because the current generation is so blind. Well-wishing, but blindly stupid.

I think poverty, ignorance and the influence of some of the nastier aspects of American culture worry me more than the scaremongering stories in the daily mail Theland.

Particularly poverty. It's often the root cause of a lot of problems in my experience.
