I'd be very generous to those I thought were in need of some extra cash, and give lump sums to my fave charities. I don't really have much need for anything more than I already have, so it'd be a pleasure to help those who deserved it. If I had to have anything at all, it'd be to buy a small private island, where my friends and family could retreat to.
I wonder if they would give the whole 46 million in one go, or in installments over a few years?
Providing, I received the whole lump sum, I would
Give half to my partner, he could then distribute what he wanted to his family.
Send my 2 nephews and niece out flat/house hunting, with 250K budget, plus 10K furnishing allowance and then maybe another 500K cash each.
Buy my sister a 4 bedroom house and give her 1 million cash.
Buy a flat for my elderly mother, with an upstairs flat, complete with live in carer.
The rest I'd invest wisely and buy a huge manor house in at least an acre of land, no neighbours too close.
Employ full time chauffeur, so I can be driven about.

ah now heres a biggy, would you give up work?
Check the numbers and...................
If we won then i would,
Not give any to my sister, she got herself into a hole and she can get herself out again,
Give some to my brother and his fiance so that they could get marriead, buy a house and be comfortable (she cant work due to ill health).
Move my nan and granddad into a bungalow, closer to town, but not so close as they like the country side. Make sure that they are comfortable.
Help my dad fix up his home, its falling down round his ears! if he wanted to move i would then help him find a place to live.
Buy us a home, nothing to grand, learn to drive, buy my husband a touring motorbike (he has his eye on BMW).
buy my mother and father in law a place to live, probably a bungalow, pay off there debts, set them up a fund to live off of, even though do my head in i would gladly look after them.
give some to cancer charities, give some to the YMCA and make a large donation to my temple rebuilding fund.
I think that is, oh i mite pay for my landlord to reglaze the building we are in now the windows are terrible!
I would not give up work, you know the old saying the devil makes work for idle hands!

Check numbers a few times, ring work and take a brek for a couple of months, book a holiday - as I have never been overseas, give my mum and sister enough money to sort them both out, buy them both houses, buy my partners um and sister a house each, donate some money to worthy causes, have a massive party for all my work colleagues and friends and then travel alot with my other half....
