The right to live ones life in peace and free from the effects of others mistakes has lead me to suggest the following....

Voting, driving and breeding are privilages, not rights.
If you are too stupid to know who the current prime minister is, too low-brow to realise that putting your child in a tumble dryer is WRONG or are unsure of which pedal is the brake then stop participating in the above mentioned activities.
As I said, they are privilages not rights!!!!!

LOL, most of the Country would be in prison (except you and I, obviously) ;o)
it is my right to vote.....and breed for that matter
When I become dictator of the world, there will be a licience for breeding. Same as you need a licience for driving.

Nice idea MWB but I do not think that it would make a difference. I'm sure George W Bush has a driving licence and he has to be the stupidest individual on the planet.
Personally I think people should have the right to live their lives in peace and free from the arrogant interference of those who want to judge them in some way inferior!

Generally those who don't even know who the Current Prime Minister is certainly can't be bothered to vote!

There is already a driving test and the people who put that child in a tumble dryer (In New Zealand by the way) were found guilty of child neglect.

So sounds like your world leader manifesto's looking a little sparse.

Unless you're struck by any other flashes of the blindingly obvious that is

wat about stoopid people who cannot spell.... privileges??!!
" I'm sure George W Bush has a driving licence and he has to be the stupidest individual on the planet. "

well I think you are certainly offering yourself as competition for that title!
Legislate against stupidity ? NO-You've got rights too, B-BOY.
B-Boy, this is my type of Sensible question, I voted for a party that said they would stop violence! Has it? I voted for a party that said, let the punishment fit the crime? Has it? High wage earners within the Social services stated they would reduce child abuse? Has it? Regards driving, I have the licence to drive a car but I cannot manufacturer fuel! but who is it that gets knocked for owning a 4X4 or a large family car? A lot of us in the UK cannot afford more than 2 children, but there are a lot that can breed like rabbits!!!! has anything been done to reduce it? The elderly people of this country has the right to go out and do what the want, when they want, bye what they want without some low life scum bag bellting them and living a better standard of life as them, Is that right?
Who would run the government?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
TWR, governments can only do so much. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY is the key.
Unless every single person has some sort of device fitted, (that's sanctioned by the govt), to stop societies ills, the breeders will continue to breed like rabbits, the sub-humans will burgle, rape & murder, etc, etc.
But of course the bleeding heart liberal, tree hugging, sandal wearing, tree hugging, right to life, lentil boiling, caftan wearing, pseudo greenies won't allow it. They have a very limited experience & narrow understanding of reality.
Thankfully it's a very small minority that's "bad".

In answer to jake-the-peg - taken point by point.

"Personally I think people should have the right to live their lives in peace and free from the arrogant interference of those who want to judge them in some way inferior!"

I can only assume that you have something against morality, the law and peoples right to be judged by their own actions. All perfectly normal and generally accepted cultural aspects of living in a democracy I would have assumed.

"Generally those who don't even know who the Current Prime Minister is certainly can't be bothered to vote!"

Surely you are not suggesting that intelligent politically astute people have been voting for Tony Blair all these years.

"There is already a driving test"

Quite correct, but it doesn't stop ********* getting a licence and exercising their right to get ****** and run over someone's child.

"the people who put that child in a dryer were found guilty of neglect"

Neglect, not attempted murder as should have been the case, and even a conviction will not stop someone else doing it next week and thinking it's ok because they didn't know any better.

Are you starting to see what I am trying to say Mr Peg. Personal responsibility and acceptance of the consequences of ones actions is an ideal to aspire to, not something to defend others against.
