This question was part of an application for a college scholarship, and was completed by my son, a high school senior in the States. The deadline has passed and he will not benefit from your responses. When I cut and pasted the question, I had intended to delete the "800 words" requirement but was interrupted mid-stream, and then (as you can see) failed to do so. I got a good laugh out of the first answer.
My son's choices, BTW, were Osama Bin Laden, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mohandas Gandhi, and Christopher Hitchens. Hmmm.
