Jewish people, throughout history, have overcome hardships and built new lives for themselves (very often prosperous lives) through hard work and community. This leads to jealousy from those who do not work as hard and therefore do not achieve as much.
I think the only reason Jews are actually hated is this:
They are different.
Ask a kid in highschool, kids make Jew jokes all the time trut me, I think I have heard them all by now. Ask a kid what he actually knows about Jews. Nothing. Surprise surprise right? Jews are different, they don't flaunt their religion like Christians do and so they remain misunderstood. So in Europe you have a lot of christians, and you know how Christians are, ecpecially in old Europe. They killed and hated for any reason, how many women died in the witch hunts? Is it any surprise then that a minority population that was different and misunderstood was attacked, prosecuted, it shouldn't be.
That stigma has followed them down in history, always a minority, always disperse, always easy to pick on. Your six reasons have absolutly nothing to do with it, sorry, it is simply they are different and old grudges take an awful long time to die, especially feuled by Christian bigots and the ignorant masses.
