I once used to walk past a building with the sign 'This buliding is alarmed' - and someone had written on the next building 'This building is slightly concerned'

There was a book for this kind of thing - forget the name, but it was based on the search for a set of pyjamas - allegedly it was a child's pair of Superman pyjamas and the warning label said "Caution, will not allow person wearing to fly"

There's a sign on an office building near me that syas "Entrance at rear", always makes me smile!
