3 Answers
Im sure anyone who is a member of a"Working Mens Club" has often voiced their opinion to partners or other club members when one of the "Comitee" wins at bingo, sometime more it seems, than the law of averages.
Is it possible to fix a game when every person queues to buy a ticket, and a electronic random number machine is used?

People do tend to notice and remember more if a Committee member wins, so it adds to the impression that they win more ofteh than they actually do.
If anyone has concerns, start keeping accurate records of games played and winners' stats, that should stop tongues wagging.
