Hi, does anybody have any idea of when the National Council for Civil Liberties changed its name to Liberty?

They havent had a formal name change that I can find CJP.. It appears more like an adoption of "Liberty" as a trade name for the NCCL. More information in the following links;

The NCCL was relaunched as Liberty on 24th January 1989.
