when i went to the trafalgar day parade, some of the time, an important guy from the marine cadets was the duty senior officer and i'm sure he was saying cchhh or something for attention, which when practicing left most of the sea cadet people confused, then we realised that the marine cadets must have a different word, but we couldn't actually work out what it is. can anyone enlighten me on the marines (will be the same for proper marines aswell as cadets) word for attention.

The sea cadet and naval word is ho and it definatly didn't sound like that so it has to be something different.
