If a gay man has girl friend to conceal his homosexuality, she's known as a "beard", what's the equivalent for a lesbian woman who has a boyfriend?

Handbag.... also used for the other way at times lots of other things but mostly she will just be called straight....or Bi...

Thanks, beard doesn't work for a woman IMHO.
