Ankou-- Invariably ? You mean there are NO exceptions ?
haup, someone's got a dictionary.
lol - normally the first thing i look at in someone's house are their collection of CD's ....then their collection of books - however, if they are like me, not the full collection is on display so its sometimes hard to get an accurate idea of what people are REALLY like! ;-D
I read just about any and everything, what doe that say about me..
20silkcut, what sort of books are kept hidden in your house?
Now now Sandy - i dont think i said 'hidden'.... rather 'not on display'...i read some books that have strange titles and they are not always what they seem! LOL
I remember a visitor saw my copy of "Of Human bondage" and spread a rumour that I was into S+M, whatever that is...
youre not nosey or anything then silky ?
I think i saw that rumour written in the women;s toilets Sandy ....LOL

beejay - and you dont check out other people's bookshelves or cd collections? lol

hang on ^^^ i'm getting something...ohmmmmmm.

clearly an eccentric with a penchant for the macabre.
Serial killer fiction and forensic fiction, war crimes esp relating to Nazi and Stalinist Russia and a range of other history and archaeology, birdwatching field guides and reference, gardening books, psychology and medical law, science fiction, terry Pratchett and a range of odds and ends related to art crafts and hobbies, everything else I get from the library or online.
^^^

likes to look deep in to the (and their own) past with a melancholy reflection and imagine a utopian and fantastical future with a careful measure of sensibility and reality.

...ohmmmmm
