This chapter is called “Nahal” and that means “Honey bee” but I know that your main question was that “there is lesson for those who think”. But you are not sure what lesson.

Have you got the right verse? My understanding of 16:69 is the following...
“Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colours, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought”
or possibly...
“Then eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink divers of hues, wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect.”
or maybe...
“Then eat from all the fruits, following the design of your Lord, precisely. From their bellies comes a drink of different colours, wherein there is healing for the people. This should be (sufficient) proof for people who reflect.”
The verse is about Honey Bees apparently.

yes, honey is basically bee vomit. it comes from several-times-regurgitated-in-the-tummy of a bee nectar.
honey in ancient times was believed to have marvellous healing powers for bones, burns and other ailments when taken straight from the hive.
effectively, the verse is about your 5 a day and some warm honey, keeping the doctors away or summink.

To understand it fully you need to read two verses before this one “67 and 68” which speaks about the ability God gave to the bee to move around different terrains without losing her sense of direction (back home). The lesson is about the abilities, wisdom and characteristics God has given to a bee that is supposed to be so week, fragile and tiny kind of insect. This small insects moves around to hundreds (if not thousands) of different flowers sometime far away from the hive and collects tiny amounts of good things from flowers and converts that into something so full of goodness for human. In other words God has given the ability to do something so complex to an insect so small.
Then following verses talk about human being born and die and resurrected and God claims that if he is able to make a bee do something which human are unable to do with all of the wisdom then he is quite capable of bringing you back from the dead.

Keyplus - “... The lesson is about the abilities, wisdom and characteristics God has given to a bee that is supposed to be so week, fragile and tiny kind of insect...”
Is the bee regarded as a weak, fragile and tiny insect? If it is, I'm unaware of that fact.
Weak? Hardly – it can sting you. I have been stung by a bee and I can assure you that I considered it anything but weak. Fragile? Not really. Given the bee's sting, it would be hard to describe the bee as a fragile insect. Tiny? Again, not really very small at all as far as insects go. It's actually on the large size hence the old debate over whether it should be able to fly or not...
From 16:65 to 16:71 the Koran is simply waffling – throwing platitudinous claims hither and thither about how Allah has provided mankind with honey from bees, milk from cattle, fruit from the trees and life giving rain. It's all very spiritual.
And utter tripe of course seeing as Allah, or God, or Yahweh or whatever He's called (depending on your religion) didn't provide humans with any of the above for the very simple and obvious reason that God doesn't exist.
