yes, honey is basically bee vomit. it comes from several-times-regurgitated-in-the-tummy of a bee nectar.
honey in ancient times was believed to have marvellous healing powers for bones, burns and other ailments when taken straight from the hive.
effectively, the verse is about your 5 a day and some warm honey, keeping the doctors away or summink.

To understand it fully you need to read two verses before this one “67 and 68” which speaks about the ability God gave to the bee to move around different terrains without losing her sense of direction (back home). The lesson is about the abilities, wisdom and characteristics God has given to a bee that is supposed to be so week, fragile and tiny kind of insect. This small insects moves around to hundreds (if not thousands) of different flowers sometime far away from the hive and collects tiny amounts of good things from flowers and converts that into something so full of goodness for human. In other words God has given the ability to do something so complex to an insect so small.
Then following verses talk about human being born and die and resurrected and God claims that if he is able to make a bee do something which human are unable to do with all of the wisdom then he is quite capable of bringing you back from the dead.
