I'd like to know their reasons.

It reads to me like they may have been accused of their activity overstepping their stated charitable objectives, education becoming campaigning for example, which is always difficult to argue.

As far as I'm aware, reputable little organisation that plugs away on a shoestring with practical advice and information. They've obviously upset someone badly.
Hmmm - not good - have always thought they were doing a decent job with very limited resources.

Perhaps time to send a donation ...
