I think the question is a leading one since it uses and rather than or. It implies anyone who answers accepts the premise that the universe already has all three.
It's an interesting philosophical question as to whether something can be wonderful without a being there to judge it so. Is wonderful a state detached from the observer ?
Assuming it is, then I'd say yes. Wonderful though a universe without life might be, it is enhanced by such things as sentient beings, IMO.
But if you need an observer then the question becomes meaningless, since no one is there to judge.
