Pope Benedict seemed to jump ship in quite a rushed manner. It almost appeared that he was pushed. Are there skeleton's in the closet that may come out?

De mortuis nil nisi bonum...
No skeletons to ome out. They are pure :-)

Besides, as soon as a new Pope is elected, there will always be some to dish any dirt as they tried to do with the previous pope.

Spot the public school dead language guys.
He's just become the head of the most corrupt and sexually deviant organisation in the world. Would you like that job?
Benedict was in the Hitler Youth, isn't that dirt enough. Looked like William Hartnell with Boris Karloff's eyes - evil!

Are There Skeleton's What In Benedict's Closet?
Birdie. Could you please give the source from which you obtained the letter you allege that the previous Pope sent to all the Bishops, when he was Prefect of the Congregation.

Or did you just make it up?
Even the National Catholic Reporter admits that Ratzinger wrote such a letter, although they try to sweeten it by claiming that this made no difference. Even if it didn't, the letter was still sent with the sinister intention of cover up.

Perhaps he came to realize that the Catholic church teaches false doctrine not based in Scripture, such as the Trinity, the Immaculate Conception, consubstantiation, transubstantiation, hell fire, papal infallibility, use of the rosary, etc.
