May have to sleep on this one: being 'pi' is clearly not an indication.
Wearing one's religion on one's sleeve just seems to be a sign of insanity.
Esp if they are evangelical and wear a 'God Loves You' lapel badge.


But there are people who are religious, dont wave it around ( er their religion that is ) who are trustworthy especially in relation to religion.

In a word - No. But although organised religion is a hotbed of lies and deceit, one cannot tar all its weak-minded adherents with the same brush. So the penchant means nothing in respect of trustworthiness, one way or the other.

I'm not into religion but I should think the majority of religious people are no less trustworthy than anyone else. Personally, I choose not to trust too many people regardless of their beliefs.

I have to say I was shocked by Cardinal O'Brian
more so than the average parish priest, to my own surprise
