The main religions are commonly held to be
Christianity - in all its guises
Islam - ditto
Sikhism
Judaism
Buddhism
plus many many other minor faiths including Rastafarianism, and so on.

There is no requirement (or, indeed, facility) for religious groups to register with anyone in the UK. So there are no 'officially recognised' religions (other, possibly, than those where the monarch is head of a Church).
Over 1300 different responses were accepted as valid answers in response to the question about religion in the 2011 Census in England & Wales. They're listed in this spreadsheet (which requires Excel, or a compatible program, to view it):
