Unfortunately you have missed the lessons on probability. You accept that particles can appear and disappear from nothing. The probability of this happening is inversely proportional to the size of the excursion for zero.

What you missed is the fact that the same probability equations also allow for any amount of energy, even enough energy to build a whole universe, to appear from these zero point excursions.
