In all my life I have never imagined Jesus to be blonde, various artists may have used leeway in paintings but it seems clear to me he wouldn't have been.

Jesus of Nazareth would have been dark haired and dark skinned as are all from that area IMO.

The whitest Christ I ever saw was in the cathedral of a country of people descended from Africans. I have to assume that this depiction was installed by colonists, but I was appalled and embarrassed by it.
