Information (or any form of consciousness) implies that something exists to be conscious of by something that has acquired the means to perceive it. Consciousness, by definition, must follow existence and can not create the means and process on which its existence depends and of which it is a product.

I have a sense of the universe on an infinite cycle big bang, expansion, retraction, collapse big bang the universe not infinite but surrounded by an infinite number of others doing the same thing. I can't comprehend infinity, but I can accept it. I don't need a designer, I am ok with the idea that we just don't understand everything just yet and when we do mankind's ancestors will not need gods they will be like gods for a while til they too disappear. For me the wonder of what was,what is and will be is enough.

Ah but that scenario will they disappear ? If we manage to get off a single planet and spread far enough in this universe to stick around, all we need to do is find a way from one contracting universe (or expanded too far to remain useful) into other newly expanding ones.

Theland....so A god created everything, is that correct? All and sundry..plants, light, dark, etcetc? So this god also created evil...The Devil ..... sinners and wickedness along with hateful evil humans. That's how I see it....if this 'designer' designed all.... Then how can this designer be ALL GOOD? Please enlighten me.
